Design Build Search is seeking a Director of Project Management on behalf of our client based in Dublin City.Our client is a national consultancy firm who has been delivering consultancy services to the real estate, property and construction industry since the late 90's.This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction contracts and regulations.It is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team, managing prestigious construction projects in Ireland, in a variety of sectors such as residential, commercial, and retail.Responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing fulfilment of all contractual commitments to clientsDevelop the brand and identity opportunities to grow the region.Ability to build collaborative working relationships with key stakeholdersOversee consultant procurement and deployment within a public and private sector frameworkMonitor and report on progress, cost and expenses of projectsOversee close-out/practical completion of project and documentationDevelop and maintain strong internal relationshipsProvide strong leadership with the ability to challenge to safeguard the business and achieve company objectives continuously and robustly.Ensure that all operations are carried out in a technically acceptable manner and conforms to all required standards.Requirements:10+ years Consultancy Project Management experience7+ years of experience directly managing, mentoring, leading, and coaching professionals.Degree in Project Management/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalentCompetent and consistent planner (MS Project and/or Powerpoint)Public and private contract experienceExperience with construction & design methodologies/processesGood negotiator and influencerEffective leader with the ability to be a team playerRemuneration:Pension, Healthcare Plan, Bonus Structure, Subsidized Gym Membership, Hybrid Working, plus more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
