If you are looking to stay within SaaS but potentially move into a different space within software, this would be a good fit.Position Overview:As the Director of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams by optimizing revenue strategy within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and improving processes, tools, and strategies to drive continuous revenue growth and ensure alignment across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Operations, Financial Planning, or a Senior Sales role within a B2B SaaS company.Responsibilities:Develop and execute revenue operation strategies to drive growth and efficiency within the sales and marketing teams to help align with target annual goals.Design and implement scalable processes and best practices for the sales team such as lead management, pipeline forecasting, and performance metrics.Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the sales organization.Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of revenue strategies and alignment of goals.Oversee the implementation of compensation plans for the sales team.Handle lead scoring through CRMs such as Salesforce and SalesLoft.Oversee the implementation of new tools and technologies that will assist the sales, marketing, and other departments in efficiently reaching revenue goals.Monitor and develop key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of revenue strategies, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.Report directly to C-Suite executives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
