Director of Sustainability Kingspan Data & Flooring, a leading global company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sustainability to lead our sustainability strategy and initiatives across all commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and communication aspects of our business. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive our sustainability strategy and initiatives across all aspects of our global business. Develop and implement strategies to promote social responsibility and enhance our environmental performance. Work closely with Procurement to ensure the supply and availability of sustainable raw materials, reduce carbon footprint, and minimize waste. Collaborate with the commercial team to optimize the value of third-party verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). Integrate sustainability considerations into all commercial activities, including product development, marketing, and sales. Develop key stakeholder relationships and offer additional value to our customers through expertise and knowledge sharing. Develop and execute a dedicated sustainability communications strategy to effectively convey our sustainability efforts to internal and external stakeholders. Align with our sustainability agenda and work closely with senior leadership across our divisional businesses, operations, finance, HR, R&D, procurement, technical, and engineering teams. Oversee Planet Passionate reporting and ensure proactive communication on performance against targets. Qualifications and Experience Minimum degree level in engineering, construction, environmental, or sustainability, preferably to masters/postgrad level. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar Director role, operating at a senior/expert level. Excellent communication, analytical, and business acumen skills. Expertise in sustainability strategic planning and execution, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting. Strong influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and relationships with senior stakeholders.
