Mind Detect are working on a unique and exciting opportunity as Director of Trust and Security (6 month FTC with possibility to extend) at one of our rapidly growing global fintech clients, based in Dublin.This is a multifaceted role which includes leading 4 direct reports who manage the SOC, Security Engineering, Compliance (Trust) and Security Sales Support and other associated operations. You will be the point of contact internally, working closely with clients and third parties, you will lead cyber incident response, as well as working across the business to deliver the key strategic projects: corporate security posture; DLP; and SIEM migration and more.At the moment the team conduct bi-weekly syncs in the office, however the office situation is quite flexible and not too defined. This role itself reports directly into the C-Suite: Chief Product and Technology Officer.We are ideally looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
