Job Description

Location: Dublin/Burlington Road Line of Business: Global Credit Job Function: Investment Professionals Position Summary The candidate will join the Investment and Strategy (“I&S”) Team supporting capital deployment activities, fund raising, market and industry analysis as well as ongoing performance monitoring and reporting and Investor communications. Based in Dublin, the Director will benefit from the support and experience of the I&S Team, exposure to members of senior management in Miami and Dublin, as well as on occasions to external industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Fund Raising and Investor RelationsPreparation of fund marketing materialsAssist the Investor Relations team with due diligence requests and meetingsPreparation of regular and ad-hoc market commentary including presentations, white papers and strategy outlookPreparation of annual and semi-annual firm performance presentationsCapital DeploymentAsset-level modelling determine assets allocation and optimal outcome for returnsPreparation of LOIs, liaising with the Marketing, Technical and Legal teamsPreparation of approval memoranda for acquisitions and key portfolio decisionsSupport the Legal, Contracts and Finance teams through the acquisition processPerformance Monitoring and ReportingTrack report and model current fund performanceAssist with the preparation of internal approval documentation, ad hoc reports and memorandums as requiredQuarterly ReportingPreparation of CAP quarterly reports including the AUM, Track Record, Servicer and CAP Fleet filesSupport the Investor Relations team with the preparation and update of the Corporate Presentation, Fund update presentations, market outlook presentations and performance reports to TCGResponsibilities Key Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor Aerdata to determine all CMS related issues, including negotiations, agreements and system problems.Lead project to evaluate alternatives to Aerdata. Perform cost-benefit analysis, analysis of decoupling back-office from contract management system / servicesAnalyze whether CMS system functionalities are being fully utilized, how to drive better reporting from system, how to integrate data better with Apollo Enterprise Management System (AEMS)Oversee IT programmers to ensure projects remain on task and are completed timely. Responsible for liaising with various departments within the organization to understand the needs of the department and prioritize work for IT programmers.In coordination with the billings and credit teams, review the firm’s current billing, collections, and accounts receivable management accounting and reporting processes with the goal of identifying areas of improvement and subsequent implementation of any approved recommendationsPerform walkthroughs with all departments within the organization and help document policies and procedures. Policies and procedures should include flow charts of key processes and workflows. Assess requirement for assistance with this process from external consultant and determine which external consultant to use, if requiredIdentify opportunities for system automation in process walkthroughs, research viable system alternatives for automation, budget costs, cost-benefit analysis, etc.Identify tools, resources, etc. to allow the Company to better leverage data for analysis, portfolio management, technical cost management and acquisitionsInitiate and lead process improvement initiatives throughout the organization and across departmentsEvaluate further processes or modules that can be incorporated into the AEMS systemImprove training on internal systems and operational procedures to increase efficiency and productivityCreate and present reports to senior management to support recommendationsOther duties as assigned by senior managementQualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in finance, economics, statistics and probabilities or equivalent6 years or more of experience in aviation related business Job-Specific Skills: Strong statistical and analytical backgroundExcellent communication, report writing skills and attention to detailStrong work ethic with ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hoursSelf-starter using own initiative and team playerExcellent time-management skills and ability to work on more than one project at a timeProficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPointAbility to assist and support others and cope well under pressureFluent in English; proficiency in any other language is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
