Job Description

We are seeking a Director, Product Management to lead the development and enhancement of products across our Prospective Risk and Quality Services portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a long-term product portfolio vision and strategy, analyzing market requirements and customer trends, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and secure resources. This role will also involve overseeing the execution of short- and long-term product strategies, building tools and processes to measure product performance, and representing products to key internal and market-based constituents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a long-term product portfolio vision and strategy
  • Analyze market requirements and customer trends
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and secure resources
  • Oversee the execution of short- and long-term product strategies
  • Build tools and processes to measure product performance
  • Represent products to key internal and market-based constituents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle
  • Experience with Healthcare data domains
  • Strong knowledge of Agile software development practices
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience successfully launching at least one new product or commercializing an existing internal product

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience incorporating AI features into a product
  • Subject Matter Expertise in the Healthcare Risk Adjustment & Quality space
  • Master's degree
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or other relevant certifications
