Job Description
Manage Global QA Operations for Logistics & Distribution to ensure product quality across global distribution centers and entities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs experience, with a B.S. degree in Science, Medical Technology or related discipline. The position requires leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. The role involves managing a diverse team, implementing Supplier Controls & Management, and developing strategy for Supplier Quality in Regional offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for detecting, identifying, correcting, and preventing reoccurrence of problems within the quality system elements, and developing road maps/methodologies to move from current state to future state. The candidate will also provide guidance and recommendations in relation to Quality requirements and the implementation and adherence to those requirements.
