Job Description
A Tax Director is sought by a Big 4 firm to join their Tax Policy Group in Dublin or a hybrid arrangement. The role involves deepening knowledge of new tax legislation and policy, partnering with client teams, and leading training sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
Deepening familiarity with new legislation and tax policy, including Pillar 2 rules.
Partnering with client teams to keep them informed of key developments and their impact on business.
Reviewing and disseminating material on key policy developments.
Preparing concise summaries of complex legislation.
Leading training sessions and drafting responses to governmental requests for feedback on legislation.
Qualifications include at least 10 years of experience in international tax consulting, policy experience with Pillar 2, and a strong academic record with a degree and AITI/CTA qualification.
