Corporate Tax Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs, and provide strategic guidance on business analysis, working capital, and profit sharing.
- Help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, and provide advice on tax implications of deals.
- Support clients in improving their tax function to control risk and facilitate better decision making.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to increase post-tax profits and provide application support to achieve best corporate tax practices.
Requirements:
- Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute
- At least 10 years' experience in a management role in tax practice and/or client-centric professional environment
- Extensive experience advising on tax structuring for private individuals and entrepreneurs
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and develop client relationships
