Join PwC Ireland as a Director in Corporate Tax services and help clients navigate complex tax obligations while driving business growth.
As a Director, you'll work with a team of problem solvers to develop and implement tax strategies, ensuring compliance and increasing post-tax profits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting team members to improve and evolve ways of working
- Arranging assignments and experiences to help people realise their potential
- Identifying market gaps and creating value propositions
- Scaling efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects
- Creating an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Promoting diversity and inclusion in teams
- Driving connections to deliver value to people and stakeholders
- Influencing long-term relationships that add value to the firm
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Requirements:
- Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute
- At least 10 years' experience in a management role in tax practice and/or client-centric environment
- Extensive experience advising on tax structuring for private individuals and entrepreneurs
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and develop client relationships
