Dispensing Optician Wanted
We're seeking a qualified and registered Dispensing Optician to join our team at Specsavers Bray, a small but busy community practice in the coastal town of Bray.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled practitioner with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest clinical developments.
As a Dispensing Optician, you will be the face of our clinic on the shop floor, working closely with Optometrists to ensure that each customer receives a consistent quality handover.
You will be responsible for managing aftersales service, including complaints and problem-solving, in a customer service-focused 'can-do' manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing good levels of customer service to customers at all times
- Liaising with Optometrists to ensure consistent quality handovers
- Managing aftersales service, including complaints and problem-solving
- Contributing to achievement of individual and team sales targets
