Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Associate Location: Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid Why apply? What Youll Do: In this role, you will provide essential support to the EDI & Wellbeing Manager and work collaboratively with colleagues across the People Function. You will be involved in driving a range of equality, diversity, inclusion (EDI), and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the organisations strategy and values. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of the EDI & Wellbeing strategy by collaborating with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and key stakeholders. Partnering with internal and external communications teams to engage and inspire employees, promoting a culture of inclusion and wellbeing. Engaging with external networks and partners to benchmark initiatives and share best practices. Contributing to the review, update, and development of EDI and Wellbeing policies. Managing content on the corporate intranet, ensuring communications are effective and up to date. Coordinating and managing the EDI & Wellbeing events calendar. Handling budget management, including processing payments, invoices, and tracking spend. Overseeing the Learning Management System for event registrations, tracking bookings, and responding to queries. Monitoring and responding to the EDI & Wellbeing mailbox. About You: At least two years of experience in EDI, wellbeing, or related roles, with a focus on enhancing workplace culture. Strong project management skills with a results-driven mindset. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously. Proficient in developing communication and digital content using platforms such as MS Teams, Canva, SurveyMonkey, and video editing software. Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience in organising both in-person events and webinars.
