Our client, a leading luxury brand retailer, is looking for a Part-time Weekend Divisional Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive commercial performance across the weekend.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Retail leader to take on a part-time role while continuing to advance their career in retail management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
- Driving commercial performance across the division, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Building strong relationships with brand managers and concession managers to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Reporting into the CEO and supporting the senior leadership team with day-to-day operations.
- Implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.
