Our client one of Dublin's premier department stores, is seeking to recruit a Part time Weekend Divisional Manager for their Store. The job of Weekend Divisional Manager is to lead and drive the overall operations and commercials of the store through your management team and colleagues across the weekend. This is a great job opportunity for an experienced Retail leader looking to carry out a part time role but eager to continue with their career in retail management. This role requires Friday to Sunday flexibility 22.5 hours contract ( with some xmas hours flexibility ) Experience in driving KPI's, people leadership and working closely with CEO and Director level Engaging, passionate and confident with excellent people relationship and communication skills. Proven experience in retail management, ideally in a luxury or high-end environment Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets. Drive commercial performance across your division, ensuring profitability and growth. Build strong relationships with brand managers and Concession Managers to enhance product offerings and customer experience. Reporting into the CEO and supporting the senior leadership team with the day-to-day operations of the store Carrying out floor walks, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and reporting on sales analysis Implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.
