Document and data reviewer Location: Athlone Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive Business Unit: Almac Sciences Ireland Open To: Internal & external Applicants Ref No.: HRJOB10147 The Role We are currently looking for someone to be responsible for the checking and reviewing of analytical data and documents (SOPs, Protocols, reports etc) In this role, you will evaluate laboratory data for compliance with analytical methods and SOPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness in sample results. Communication with laboratory staff is crucial to proactively address any quality issues in documentation. Additionally, you will prepare QC statements, train new QC Reviewers and laboratory staff, and conduct SOP reviews and consultations for quality records. Key Requirements Applicants must have eligibility to work in the ROI OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the ROI To be successful in this position you will need leaving cert Grades A-C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics and a Degree level qualification in an analytical/chemistry related discipline (or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree level qualification). Additionally, you must have previous relevant laboratory experience in a GMP/GLP environment and working knowledge of multiple laboratory techniques. It would be desirable for applicants to have a postgraduate level qualification (or equivalent) in a related discipline and experience in method development and/or validation Please see attached job description for further details of criteria.
