We’re looking for a Drains Technician to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. About the Role As a Drains Technician, you will be an integral part of our operations, using the latest tools and technologies to inspect, maintain, and repair underground drainage systems. Every day brings a new challenge—whether it's diagnosing a blockage or providing preventive maintenance—your work will make a direct impact on keeping properties safe and operational. Key Responsibilities: Perform inspections and maintenance on underground drainage systems, including jetting, cleaning, and flushing. Use CCTV cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify problems and assess infrastructure. Carry out repairs such as pipe relining, patching, and re-benching of manholes. Work closely with the team to develop effective solutions for drainage issues. Keep accurate records of inspections and repairs. Follow health and safety protocols for a safe working environment. Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining solutions and providing guidance. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Previous experience in drainage maintenance, repair, or installation is preferred but we are willing to train. Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent; additional training in plumbing, drainage, or related fields is a plus. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency with equipment (CCTV, jetting machines), ability to read drainage schematics. License: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
