Our client, an exciting indoor sports and leisure centre in West Dublin, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Duel Site Assistant Manager to join their leadership team. We are seeking candidates with a vibrant energy, excellent retail management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a lively, fun-filled environment. As Duel Site Assistant Manager, you will lead a team to create an enjoyable, safe, and memorable experience for visitors of all ages. Salary: 38k - 40k DOE Must Drive Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the centre Lead and inspire a team of 20+ employees Provide training on health & safety and customer service Ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation on the floor Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days Required Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail Interest in fitness and leisure is advantageous Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Passion for delivering top-tier customer service Experience in a fast-paced environment Highly organised and detail-oriented If your interested in the above position please apply via the like below.
