The Dual Store Manager will be responsible for driving store sales and managing store expenditure. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate and challenge the team to achieve sales, profit and Company KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive store sales and manage store expenditure • Lead, motivate and challenge the team to achieve sales, profit and Company KPI targets • Provide an efficient communication link to our Support Office departments to ensure effective delivery of the Company strategy • Support the development of a succession planning structure and proactively address continuing team development across the various cross-functional areas within the store

Requirements: • Results-focused individual with experience in managing high turnover • Strong people management capabilities and demonstrable leadership skills • Commercially astute with considerable retail management experience • Sound judgement and decision-making skills • Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving abilities
