Dual Store Manager
The ideal candidate will lead, motivate and challenge the team to achieve sales, profit and Company KPI targets.
- Drive store sales and manage store expenditure
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales, profit and Company KPI targets
- Provide an efficient communication link to Support Office departments
- Support the development of a succession planning structure
- Proactively address continuing team development
The successful candidate will have:
- Results-focused experience in managing high turnover
- Strong people management capabilities and leadership skills
- Commercially astute with considerable retail management experience
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving abilities
