Dual Store Manager Clonmel Role Overview: The Dual Store Manager will be responsible for delivering best practice store standards and meeting store budget criteria for our two stores in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Retail Area Manager for the region. Shift hours will be determined as the needs of the business dictate based on a 5-over-7 roster. Role Synopsis: A primary focus of the role will be to drive store sales and manage store expenditure. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate and challenge the team to achieve sales, profit and Company KPI targets. As Dual Store Manager the post-holder will provide an efficient communication link to our Support Office departments to ensure effective delivery of the Company strategy. The successful candidate will support the development of a succession planning structure and proactively address continuing team development across the various cross-functional areas within the store. This role requires the delivery of an effective operational and sales focused approach to store management and team development.
