Job Description
Live stream basketball tournaments in the Tri Valley area as an independent contractor, working weekends and setting up camera equipment, monitoring streams, and taking down gear at the end of the day.
We're looking for event contractors to help us live stream several basketball tournaments coming up in the Tri Valley areas. The first event is on April 13-14, and we'll be working at multiple locations around the area. The typical schedule is Saturday from 6am to 10pm and Sunday from 6am to 6pm.
This is a part-time, weekend contractor position that requires long hours, often over 12 hours a day. You'll be on your feet and lifting heavy objects, so it's not for everyone. You must be available both days and have a car to pick up gear from storage lockers and return it.
As an independent contractor, you'll set up camera equipment, monitor streams, and take down gear at the end of the day. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment and technology and maintaining communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event.
BallerTV is a venture-backed startup building the world's largest sports network from the ground up. We're rapidly expanding the spectrum of sports coverage and changing the landscape of sports broadcasting.
Required qualifications include being 18 years of age, completing a pre-event background check, being familiar with iOS devices, and being personable and professional at all times. Preferred qualifications include experience in live event production, sports, or customer-facing positions, as well as knowledge of grassroots sports.

**Pay:** Rates vary depending on the area and will be at least $16 an hour.
