The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent customer service skills. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality and standards are met consistently, anticipating guest needs, and managing daily operations to deliver exceptional guest service. The successful candidate will have a passion for their role and be capable of upselling hotel services. - Oversee the operations of the hotel and ensure quality and standards are met consistently.
