We're seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at the Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge. Here's what the role entails:
About the Role: As Duty Manager, you'll oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during your shift, ensuring guests have a positive experience and all services are running effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests
- Manage and work in a team to deliver exceptional service
- Present a positive personal image to customers and colleagues
- Oversee all hotel operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience as Duty Manager in a hotel
- Standards-driven, particularly in Food & Beverage
- Basic knowledge of handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with guests, staff, and management
