Job Description

Lead a Hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Coordinate Hotel operations during scheduled shifts
  • • Manage and motivate staff to maintain productivity
  • • Provide ongoing staff training in coffee, wine, and food items
  • • Respond to customer queries and complaints
  • • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • • Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • • Appraise personnel performance and provide feedback
  • • Control costs and minimize waste
  • • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
  • • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Requirements:
  • • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a manager in a relevant 3-4 star property
  • • Hands-on, natural leader who enjoys leading from the front
  • • Passion for quality food and drink
  • • Strong communicator with a high level of initiative
  • • Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • • Level-headed, sensible, and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
  • • Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humor
  • • Approachable with excellent people skills
  • • Superior customer service skills
  • • Strong understanding of business management
  • • Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources
