Lead a Hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Coordinate Hotel operations during scheduled shifts
- • Manage and motivate staff to maintain productivity
- • Provide ongoing staff training in coffee, wine, and food items
- • Respond to customer queries and complaints
- • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- • Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- • Appraise personnel performance and provide feedback
- • Control costs and minimize waste
- • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- • Comply with company policies and procedures
- Requirements:
- • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a manager in a relevant 3-4 star property
- • Hands-on, natural leader who enjoys leading from the front
- • Passion for quality food and drink
- • Strong communicator with a high level of initiative
- • Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- • Level-headed, sensible, and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
- • Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humor
- • Approachable with excellent people skills
- • Superior customer service skills
- • Strong understanding of business management
