Seeking a passionate and driven Duty Manager for a boutique property in North Kildare with a popular F&B offering, boasting a function space, bar and restaurant with repeat custom from the locality.

The role:
• Manage the day-to-day running of the hotel
• Lead a team of up to 40 people on busy shifts
• Conduct weekly stocktakes, staff training and development
• Drive sales initiatives for the property
• Ensure excellent service for guests and visitors
The ideal candidate:
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role within busy 3*/4* hotels
• Strong knowledge of the F&B industry and its initiatives
• HACCP trained
• Ability to multitask and help out in all areas of the hotel
