Job Description
Assist in hotel revenue and profit growth by maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring a smooth operation of all areas with the highest presentation, cleanliness and security standards. Reporting to F&B Operations Manager and General Manager, the Duty Manager will be responsible for efficient operation and security of all areas within the Property. Key responsibilities include receiving a handover briefing, maintaining a visible presence in Front of House areas, conducting department checks, ensuring adequate staffing, dealing with VIP customers, following liquor licensing legislation, and completing security and fire walk records. As Fire Marshall, the Manager will be familiar with emergency procedures and alarms. The successful candidate will receive a bike to work scheme, employee assistance program, employee discount, food allowance, and on-site parking. A minimum of 2 years of Food & Beverage Supervisor experience is required. The role is based in person at The Lough Rea Hotel & Spa.
