Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a commercial team in a top legal firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client billing and accounts receivable reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Process expenses and maintain client database
- Produce, edit, and format legal documents and templates
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Required Skills and Expertise:
- 3-4 years' experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA
- In-depth experience with client billing/payments systems
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative
