EA Director of Finance and Business Performance
The Central Bank of Ireland is seeking a highly effective administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Director of Finance and Business Performance.
This role is an opportunity for a proactive and highly-organised candidate to work closely with senior leaders on topics of national and international importance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Director, including engagement on priorities, calendar management, and minute-taking.
- Ensure the organisation and smooth functioning of Directorate meetings, management team meetings, and agendas.
- Manage business correspondence of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
- Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of the Director's stakeholder engagements.
- Act as a contact point between the Director and Directorate staff.
- Assist with event management, large meeting setups, and virtual meetings.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience of working closely with senior management.
- Enthusiastic attitude with demonstrable use of initiative in previous roles.
- Good knowledge of operations management, travel planning, and coordination of meetings.
- Excellent skills and experience in MS Office suite of applications.
- Strong drafting and report writing skills.
- Strong note-taking and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems independently.
