Early Years Lead Educator role at Knockanrawley Resource Centre in Tipperary Town, supporting children's development and growth.
This role offers a balance between career advancement and personal well-being, with a 38-week academic term and summers off.
Responsibilities:
- Support children's daily routines from 6 months to preschool
- Foster children's learning and development through creative activities
- Observe and document child development
- Plan and implement engaging weekly curriculum
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Cultivate strong communication with parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers
Requirements:
- Minimum FETAC/QQI Level 6 in childcare (or equivalent)
- 2 years of childcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in Aistear & Siolta frameworks
- Good command of the English language
- First Aid and Manual Handling certification a plus
