Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children aged from babies to afterschool.

• Provide high-quality care for children aged from babies to afterschool
• Engage in light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Conduct school runs as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the development of children in our care
• Adapt to working in various rooms, including babies, toddlers, preschool, and afterschool

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (required)
• Previous experience in early years education is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work across different age groups
