Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care for children aged from babies to afterschool.
- Engage in light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Conduct school runs as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the development of children in our care.
- Adapt to working in various rooms, including babies, toddlers, preschool, and afterschool.
Qualifications and Skills
- Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (required).
- Previous experience in early years education is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
