Join our team at FamiliBase, a centre for children, young people and families in Dublin 10, offering integrated services, including Early Years and Afterschool, Child and Family, and Youth and Community.
Our available positions include:
**1. ECCE Room Leader (Part Time)**
* Manage the day-to-day running of the room, ensuring high-quality care for children and families.
* Support families and staff to meet children's needs and consider parental choice.
* Plan, implement, and review development programmes using the Aistear framework and Siolta principles.
* Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Recognised qualification (FETAC/ QQI level 6) approved under the Early Years (Pre-school) Regulations.
* One year's experience leading an ECCE room.
* Experience implementing Aistear and Siolta frameworks.
**2. Early Years & Afterschool Practitioner**
* Support full-time day care of high quality, working within a play-based service.
* Apply Aistear and Siolta to curriculum planning and practice.
* Support children's development and conduct observations and learning stories.
* Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
**Essential Criteria:**
* Recognised qualification (minimum FETAC/ QQI level 5) approved under the Early Years (Pre-school) Regulations.
* Experience working with children for at least 6 months.
* Knowledge of implementing Aistear and Siolta Frameworks.
