Join our team as Early Years Manager and lead our excellent team at Parkside Childcare in South Dublin. We require a minimum of Level 7 Early Years Education qualification and 10 years childcare experience with 7 years in management. Key responsibilities include leading the management team, overseeing systems, HR, Admin and Finance teams, ensuring compliance with the CHILD CARE ACT 1991, and developing and delivering guidance on Early Years policies and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to work as part of a cross-functional team, and have full knowledge of Preschool Regulations 2016. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. We offer a bike to work scheme, company events, employee discount, and sick pay. The ideal candidate will have a clear Garda Vetting and International police clearance if applicable, and be available to work between 7:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
