Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring a high standard of care and education. Lead, train, and mentor staff to promote professional development and enhance the quality of care. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and support. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitor and assess children's development and progress, providing guidance and support to parents as needed. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability. Collaborate with external agencies and resources to enhance program offerings and support services. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in a childcare management role or similar leadership position. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children and staff. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Why Join Us?
