To provide quality early childhood care and education to all children. To guide, observe, stimulate and supervise children in a safe and caring environment. To work in close collaboration with the Manager, members of the team and children's families. Ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of all children in your care. To assist in planning and implementation of an age appropriate stimulating programme of activities which complement a Play Based Curriculum enhancing Aistear and Siolta within the service whilst encouraging each individual child's natural growth and development. To uphold the service's policies and procedures in a professional manner.
