Smiths Supervalu - Johnstown Shopping Centre - NavanCompetitiveClosing date for applications: 10-10-2024We are recruiting a dynamic and commercially focused eCommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.Key Responsibilities (not limited to):Creating, driving and implementing an effective online sales strategy for flemingsofmonaghan.comAchieving agreed sales targets and KPI's to achieve maximum growth of online sales and website trafficCategory management of our online inventoryContent creation, updating, editing and day to day maintenance of our Shopify ecommerce website including but not limited to collection creation, upkeep, product uploads, stock coordination and managementCoordinating front and back-end website improvements to positively impact customer experience, functionality, conversion and salesApplication of effective SEO practices across collection and product pagesLiaising with management and in-store team to coordinate inventory availability, product movement and promotional readinessLiaising with management and our external agency to create, design & implement social media and Google ad campaignsAssisting with the management of multiple social media accounts and building the number of followers across all platforms through designing and creating engaging contentCreation of digital and social media assets/graphics via Canva or other graphic design softwareEmail campaigns and customer database managementRequirementsDemonstrable, relevant work experience in eCommerce/digital marketing/sales - ideally in the retail sectorExperience using social media platforms and creating engaging contentExcellent written and communication skillsExcellent IT skills, knowledge of social media, ecommerce and online trendsAbility to multi-task with excellent time-management, planning and administration skillsSelf-motivated and commercially focused with the ability to work well both alone and collaboratively as part of a team with various stakeholders across the businessExperience in using Mailchimp and the Shopify ecommerce platform would be a distinct advantage, although full training can be provided for the right candidateExperience and/or good working knowledge of SEO practices as well as digital marketing tools such as Facebook and Google Ads would also be a distinct advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
