You will work within a supportive and high-performing culture and a team whose ambition is to exceed in driving its Digital First Strategy while maintaining a high-performance culture.The eCommerce Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the optimisation, continuous improvement, and monitoring of www.three.ie towards the achievement of our Channel Strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behaviour, and digital product management. Reporting into the Senior Digital Commerce Manager, the ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimisation of our product strategies.What else it involves:Product Strategy and Vision:Develop and execute the e-commerce product strategy aligned with company goals.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.Manage the relationship with 3rd Party Product vendors including affiliates to ensure KPIs are met.Product Development:Lead the end-to-end e-commerce product development process from ideation to launch.Work closely with UX/UI designers and journey teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing product pages.Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of new products.Project Management:Manage product development timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to support product launches and campaigns from a technical perspective.Monitor and report on the performance of digital products, using data to drive improvements.Customer Experience:Work with the Human Centred Design team to identify journey enhancements and overall shop experience.Implement A/B testing and other methods to continually improve product offerings.Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product enhancements.Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilise analytics tools to track product performance, sales, and customer engagement.Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments at all levels in the organisation.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.Affiliates and Partnerships:Optimise current affiliate partnerships to drive conversion, taking a Digital First approach.Monitor and report on affiliate performance.Identify new profitable partnerships, onboarding with key stakeholders across the business.Marketplace:Play an active role in the achievement of our Channel goals through the Marketplace programme.Act as a SME to inform decision-making that ensures achievement of the Vision.Support in the development and innovation of products and proposition to create a step change in online commercial performance.The skills we are looking for:Exceptional communication skills including PowerPoint, the ability to form packs and adapt to differing levels of stakeholder seniority.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to tie back action to margin improvement.Workshop facilitation skills and the ability to bring the organisation “on the journey.”Exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to communicate at all levels within an organisation including the board.A thought leader within the space and a passion for execution.Strong commercial awareness, understanding of market trends.Passionate about learning with an understanding of Jobs to be Done, Consumer Psychology and best practice customer journeys/funnel effectiveness a plus.Project Management Expertise, ideally in an Agile environment and the capacity to “get it done.”Exceptional data analysis skills and proficiency in Adobe Analytics.Excellent strategic planning and business analysis skills.Relevant qualifications in a Digital discipline, Consumer Psychology, eCommerce or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in commercial analysis, web analytics, strategic planning, and commercial roles would be ideal.This role is ideal for a dedicated, dynamic and highly motivated individual with a unique blend of technical and business skills, who is vocational in driving commercial performance.Benefits of Working at ThreeFlexible working with our new Hybrid model, our employees will enjoy more flexibility working from home and our office location (3 days per week office based).Competitive salary, annual performance bonus & pension contribution.Annual Leave buy or sell (buy or sell up to 5 days AL each year).Healthcare Insurance through our flexible benefits programme.Access to learning & development tools such as LinkedIn Learning.Free on-site parking.There’s a lot more to us than meets the eye.You may think you know us, but we’re full of surprises.
