Job Description

Partnered with a boutique consulting firm who is looking add a key hire at Associate Director level to the newly established Economics team. This firm supports & acts as strategic partner to the broader Healthcare & Higher Education industries in Ireland as they look to pivot, grow and improve their institutions & hospitals. In this role you will get the chance to work alongside a small team of experts as they shape the Health & Higher education landscape for current & future generations + grow the economics offering in other areas. A day in the life.. Acting as strategic partner, liaising with senior C-Suite stakeholders to support the development of organisational strategy. Conducting research with both quantitative or qualitative methods depending on client brief. Collaborating with your peers in drafting tenders and building proposals for the business. Project & People Leadership from tender drafting through to final project delivery. Mentoring & managing junior staff members; report writing, data analysis etc. What you will need to qualify for this role: Educated to a minimum Masters level in Economics, Public Policy, Business or a related discipline Minimum 8 years' experience working on public and/or private tenders - experienced building proposals for commercial engagements. Experience liaising with senior leaders on best practices for project management and budgeting of engagements. People person with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Experience mentoring junior team members Public funding and/or Infrastructure guidelines compliance understanding considered a major +.
