**Immediate Requirement for EHS Advisor (Nights) in Pharmaceutical Construction Project** We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team on a large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction project in Co. We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, clients, and trade partners. **Responsibilities** * Ensure the safety and health of all persons working on or visiting the site * Promote compliance with the Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans * Intervene directly in unsafe situations or practices * Complete a minimum of five SOR's and three SPA audits each week * Participate in weekly safety audits * Review contractors' method statements, SPAs, and Permit applications * Participate in weekly Safety/Co-ordination meetings * Ensure work is coordinated with the commissioning team during the turnover phase **Scope and Coordination** * Be fully familiar with the contract scope, technical documentation package, contract price details, and fabrication/supply/construction programme * Monitor day-to-day site activities of contractors to ensure safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation * Participate in morning planning meeting at workface * Be aware of output from 4-week lookahead meeting and weekly coordination meeting **Quality** * Monitor implementation of contractors' Quality plan * Carry out daily inspections of works to ensure required standards are achieved * Witness tests or inspections required under the Inspection and Test Plan * Keep CM & QA/QC manager informed on all quality matters * Advise QA/QC manager of any potential deviations from the IFC documentation **Qualifications** * Degree educated or very strong trades' background * At least 10 years' experience in the Construction Sector on live sites * Significant LOTO and supervision experience * Mission Critical or Life Science projects essential * Excellent reporting and communication skills essential
