Job Description
We are seeking an EHS Advisor to join our team in Tallaght, Dublin 24. This role provides exposure to expertise across M&E, HVAC and Sustainability sites in Dublin and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will collaborate with QHSE & Compliance Manager and Project Managers to ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Clients, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations.
- Developing RAMS in coordination with Site Supervisors / Contract Managers.
- Providing guidance to Project Management team on site-specific EHS best practices.
- Planning and delivering training sessions to promote a safety-oriented culture.
- Conducting EHS site audits and implementing corrective measures.
- Investigating accidents and implementing corrective actions.
- Actively promoting and enforcing company EHS policies and procedures.
Required qualifications and experience include:
- A minimum of a health and safety certificate.
- A 3rd Level qualification in Health and Safety is preferred.
- At least 1 year's experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
- Proven experience working on PSCS projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
