Seeking EHS Advisors for Dublin region projects, assisting in compliance, risk management, and site setup.
Job Description:
- Assist EHS Manager in achieving compliance with Health, Safety & Workplace Legislation.
- Work with Project Manager and Construction Team to implement Integrated Management System.
- Ensure site is set up with Site-Specific Construction EHS Plan.
- Become Subject Matter Expert in Height Risk Activities and ensure effective control on site.
- Assist in development of Risk Assessment & Method Statements and SOPs.
- Provide training and communication to site personnel.
- Report and investigate incidents, identifying root causes and mitigating measures.
Requirements:
- Relevant Health and Safety Diploma/Degree.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Environmental Health and Safety role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
