Job Description
Experienced EHS Advisor sought for large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction project in Co. Dublin, responsible for ensuring site safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Safety: Promote compliance with Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans, intervene directly in unsafe situations, and coach workforce in best safety practices.
- Compliance: Complete SORs and SPA audits, participate in weekly safety audits, review contractors' method statements and provide feedback to ensure risks are assessed and control measures are in place.
- Quality: Monitor implementation of Contractors' Quality plan, carry out daily inspections to ensure required standards are achieved, and advise QA/QC manager of potential deviations.
- Coordination: Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensure contracts are completed in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree educated or strong trades background, at least 10 years' experience in Construction Sector on live sites, LOTO and supervision experience essential.
- Skills: Excellent reporting and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
