We are seeking a graduate to join our EH&S team as an EH&S Associate. This role will be onsite and reports to the EH&S Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safe systems in a busy production environment, prioritizing safety above all else.
- Work with our Utilities Team to learn about environmental care and sustainability in a large production environment.
- Participate in team-based problem solving, employing lean and 6 sigma techniques to drive continuous improvement.
- Support EHS policies and procedures across the site, conducting risk assessments and communicating safety alerts and training to all site employees.
Requirements:
- High academic record in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline, with a minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree.
