Job Description
As an EHS Lead, you will be integral to our clients project implementation and delivery processes. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts, you will ensure the safe and successful completion of projects. Your primary duties will include managing and maintaining the company’s Safety Management System and CMS System. This role is based full-time on-site for a project in Dublin 22. Role and responsibilities * Conduct regular site audits and inspections as outlined in the Safety Management System/PSCS. * Engage in external Quadra EHS Audits and ensure relevant closeout. * Review RAMS/Subcontractor documentation. * Communicate audit findings to site management and the Commercial EHS Manager, assisting in issue resolution per JEG policy * Assess the EHS function to identify areas for improvement and develop new initiatives. * Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes. * Provide training and information to the workforce using appropriate aids and media, promoting accident prevention and EHS awareness. * Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant environmental health and safety legislation. * Manage, mentor, and support the professional development of a team of EHS professionals, from senior to junior levels. * Maintain management systems in line with ISO 45001/14001 and Safe T Cert. * Represent the company professionally with clients, subcontractors, and third parties. Ideal Candidate * A relevant Level 7 EHS qualification is essential. * A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in the construction sector. * A mechanical background is advantageous
