We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team, managing the Environmental, Health & Safety for one of our key Munster based clients. Duties & Responsibilties Lead the culture of EHS compliance throughout the Plant. Manage ISO Certification and Audits. Organise Health and Safety Training and manage the on sites training matrix. Develop and work with the teams on monthly safety alert/toolbox talk topics as per current risks and trends. Order and arrange PPE for high risk tasks. Participate in the audit processes and procedures, ensuring the business complies with all relevant statutory and best practice. Oversee and implement task specific safety documentation, ensuring risks and hazards are communicated to all relevant parties. Carry out COSHH Assessments and chemical handling training within the Plant. Investigate and compile Accident/Incident/Near Miss Reports. Carrying out Site Audit Inspections. Support the Team developing High Risk Assessments and Method Statements across the Contract. Analyse the monthly EHS statistics for global board reports and looking for any current trends Liaise with EHS regulators HSA, EPA, local councils etc. Manage spend in line with budget and drives efficiencies and cost savings across EHS service and equipment providers. Person Specification 3+ years' EHS experience. Experience in a regulated H&S environment. Solutione oriented.
