Develop and execute health and safety strategies that align with organisational goals and legal requirements. Implement health and safety policies and programs to meet legal and industry standards. Provide EHS advice, identify hazards, and lead the EHSQ team to drive performance excellence.
- Formulate and execute health and safety strategies that align with organisational goals and legal requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and programs to meet legal and industry standards.
- Provide Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality advice to management and staff.
- Identify potential workplace hazards through audits and assessments, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to analyse root causes and develop corrective actions.
- Manage and control Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
- Lead and develop the EHSQ team and drive performance excellence across the business.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position. Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are strongly preferred. People Management experience with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
