Excellent opportunity for an EHS Officer to join a leading FMCG in Kildare. Negotiable salary DOE. 22 days annual leave. Pension contributions. Full time, permanent role Monday - Friday based onsite. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain EHS programs and internal standards in line with legal and company guidelines. Actively promote and develop a positive EHS culture across the site. Collaborate with the EHS Manager on internal and external audits, emergency response plans, and legal claims. Ensure full environmental compliance, overseeing waste management and the wastewater treatment plant. Drive continuous improvement in reducing accidents, managing near misses, and addressing employers liability claims. Provide EHS training and communicate regularly with staff on safety and environmental issues. Liaise with third-party stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, contractors, and local authorities. Monitor accident investigations and ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations. Requirements: Experience in EHS Management. Environmental and Health and Safety degree or equivalent.
