About Your new Employer Join a global multinational as a EHS specialist on an 11-month contract. They are looking for an EHS specialist to join their new state of the art facility in Carlow. You will help them develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs. You will work with cutting-edge technology on impactful projects that set industry standards. About your new job as a EHS specialist Design and implement critical EHS programs, including risk assessments, chemical management, waste and water handling, industrial hygiene, and high-risk work protocols. Your role ensures compliance with industry regulations and environmental protection standards. Partner with departments to ensure safety regulations are consistently met and upheld to the highest standard. You will play a key role in promoting a safety-focused culture across the organization. Lead and influence safety initiatives, including incident investigation, contractor management, and emergency response protocols. Youll be responsible for health and safety, protecting both employees and the environment. What Skills you need as a EHS specialist Bachelors degree in environmental health & safety, Engineering, or a related field 3 years experience in EHS, ideally within the Pharmaceutical or Biologics sector Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams.
