EHS specialist required for a Global Pharmaceutical company. The EHS Specialist will join a team of 5 to provide Health & safety support to the manufacturing site. The main focus of this role will be health & safety for utiilities ie. Boilers, compressors and water systems ideally . Skill sets and experience in High-risk Operation, such as hazardous chemicals, forklift and powered industrial vehicle operation, confined space and electrical safety would be advantage . Responsibilities: Perform risk assessments, Complete Incident investigations, Implement programs, tools & trainign to ensure compliance to legal requirements Experience: Bachelors Degree or Higher Qualification in Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, Engineering or chemistry degree. 3+ years experience with proven EHS knowledge and background in a pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate teams to achieve a unified goal Working knowledge of EHS management system would be advantageous
