Job Description
Seeking an EHS Specialist for an 11-month contract role at a pharmaceutical client in Co. Carlow, Ireland.
Develop and implement EHS programs to ensure compliance with local legislation, standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements:
- Technical Bachelor Degree in Environmental Health & Safety or Technical Bachelor's Degree (Science/Engineering)
- Post-grad EHS qualification a plus
- 3+ years' EHS experience in Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry
- Proven track record of success in the environmental health and safety sector
- Ability to influence others across Departments
- Technically strong with understanding of a variety of EHS topics
- Innovative & Compliance-minded, with the drive to seek out necessary information
- 'Safety First' mind-set
- Team player, capable of working within a multi-functional team environment
- Enthusiastic with a strong drive for results
- Self-directed, capable of using own initiative to make EHS improvements
